At Skineve, we carefully check and pack every order to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a different product from the one you ordered.

• The product you received is expired.

• The product has leaked or arrived damaged due to shipping.

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, unless the product was received damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect.

• A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Required Evidence

To help us verify the issue, please provide:

• Clear pictures of the product and packaging.

• A clear video showing the issue.

• We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing/unpacking video when opening your order. This will serve as evidence in case you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaked, or expired product.

Without sufficient photo or video evidence, we may not be able to process the return or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product and issue have been verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer's provided bank account.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns or returns for opened/used products are not accepted.
